Product Ownership

I’ve helped bring products to market by …

  • Creating product roadmaps that ladder up to strategic goals and vision.
  • Creating User Flows to understand the paths through complex tasks.
  • Breaking down product features during User Story mapping exercises.
  • Building product backlogs, and prioritising the items within the backlog based on value.

Delivery Lead / Scrum Master

Some of the things you can find me doing on a typical day are …

  • Leading client meetings and facilitating project discovery sessions
  • Collaborating with multi-skilled teams of UX specialists, digital designers, developers and copywriters
  • Performing the role of Scrum Master for all project sprint ceremonies (Stand-up, Planning, Reviews and Retros, as well as backlog refinement sessions).
  • Resolving project blockers to ensure that velocity is maintained.
  • Coaching clients who are new to agile ways of working; introducing theory and setting up governance and structure.
  • Communicating project progress and risks through sprint reports, RAID Logs, project health checks and ad-hoc conversations.
  • Creating project plans, tracking and managing budget, scope & risk.
  • Managing 3rd party vendors including sourcing prospects, evaluating proposals and negotiating contracts.
